What is our Fee Structure?

Gross Fee Upon Sale
We make it simple and profitable! Our expert business brokerage services connect you with serious buyers while ensuring a smooth transaction. With a transparent 9% gross fee up to 1 million and 8% over 1 million. You get top-tier representation without hidden costs. The fee is based on the proceeds of a sale and is credit by the One Time Valuation Fee. This fee is lower than what most main street business brokers charge (generally 10-12%).
Business Valuation Fee
We require a one-time upfront fee of $2,500. We provide a comprehensive business valuation. This fee is required prior to listing the business to determine market viability and an accurate listing price. This amount is credited to the end commission amount at the time of sale.
